Philippe earned his Bachelor's Degree at the University of Montreal in Industrial Relations and his Master's in Human Productivity Management at the University of Sherbrooke. He's worked over 10 years in Human Resources Management before doing Corporate Sales, providing him a thorough business understanding. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Hopes Center of Racine and is a Member of the following organizations: RAMAC, YPR, SHRM - Racine/Kenosha.
